The hallmark of Star Builder’s core policy on health and safety consist of the following:
Regard the «Accident Prevention Plan» as the Company’s minimum standard and an integral part of all its operations.
Establish and maintain a continuing awareness of safety habits and prevention techniques by constant standard upgrades.
Provide employees with essential and approved personal protective equipment and clothing and enforce their use.
Comply with the requirements of federal, state and local standards and codes that pertain to safe and healthy working conditions on construction sites.
Promptly respond to any proposed recommendation with respect to safety issues that may result from hazardous conditions from time to time. (or fire protection).
Refuse to condone the indifference or hostility of any employee towards safety concerns.
